Schezwan Bread Pakods consist of the all-time favourite schezwan sauce fusion with bread pakoda.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2 )<br />- 1 Cup Gram Flour<br />- 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce<br />- Salt<br />- Water<br />- 4 Bread Slices<br />- Spring Onions (chopped)<br />- Capsicum (chopped)<br />- Cabbage (chopped) <br /><br />Method:<br />1. Take a bowl and add gram flour, schezwan sauce, salt and water. Make sure to add water in proper proportion, to make a batter.<br />2. Now take the bread slices in a plate and spread schezwan sauce on it; add finely chopped spring onions, capsicum and cabbage.<br />3. Cut the slice in two halves and dip it into the batter.<br />4. Heat some oil in a wok and shallow fry the bread pakoda into it.<br />5. Once the pakoda turns golden in colour, turn off the flame and serve the schezwan bread pakoda.<br />
